HMS Caroline was ( and is ) a C-Class Light Cruiser which joined the Grandfleet in 1914. She displaced 3,800 tons when built and mounted 2 x 6" guns with 8 x 4" guns and 4 torpedo tubes.
She received a battle honour at Jutland and after the war was laid up in Belfast in 1924 as a HQ ship where she remains to this day.
Caroline is one of only 3 survivors from the British Navy of WW1
